American Silver Eagle coins debuted from the United States Mint in 1986. The bullion versions of the coin are currently issued by the West Point Mint, but were first struck by the San Francisco Mint and later the Philadelphia Mint before transitioning to the West Point facility. Bullion Silver Eagles are struck without mint marks.

On the obverse side of 2019 1 oz American Silver Eagle coins is the image of Walking Liberty. Designed by Adolph A. Weinman in 1916, this vision of Liberty depicts her figure walking toward the horizon as she wears the American flag over her shoulders. The design was originally used on the surface of the Walking Liberty Half Dollar from 1916 to 1947.

The reverse face of 2019 American Silver Eagles features the heraldic eagle of the United States. Originally designed by the first Chief Engraver of the United States Mint in 1794, the design has been modified countless times for use on American coinage. This design was created in 1986 by John Mercanti for use on the Silver Eagle. Mercanti started his career at the Philadelphia Mint in the 1970s and finished his career as the Chief Engraver of the US Mint in 2010.

These 2019 1 oz American Silver Eagle Coins earned a Mint State 69 certification from the PCGS. The MS69 grade indicates the coins are near-perfect specimens with full, original mint luster and a maximum of two minor detracting flaws. These flaws are minuscule in nature and tend to include contact marks or hairlines visible only under magnification.

Included in the PCGS slab is a First Strike label. The FS label indicates the coins were received by the PCGS within the first 30 days of their release from the US Mint.
