During its time of release in 1986, the US Mint produced approximately 6,839,783 of this particular coin. Even more impressive is that only 107,032 of the ones produced from this batch have been certified with a grade of MS69 by the NGC (Numismatic Guaranty Corporation), making them a rather elusive find for coin enthusiasts. MS69 coins are in nearly perfect condition without any scuffs or hairline marks to affect their original luster. They may have one or two barely visible contact marks, none of which will appear on the primary images. To ensure that your coin remains in its certified state, each one remains in its original NGC protective case.
